Patty is a Registered Dietitian with experience in healthcare, restaurants, and FDA regulations. She currently serves as our Senior Regulatory and Labeling Specialist. She advises major food brands on the development of food labels for consumer packaged goods (CPGs) and menu labels for restaurants, helping achieve compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements.
