Prior to the formation of Trustwell, Patrick dedicated over 26 years to ESHA Research, where he held positions such as Technical Support agent, Database Administrator, Director of Consulting Services & Training, and eventually Director of Operations. His extensive experience across various departments gives him a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and customer needs.

When ESHA Research merged with FoodLogiQ to form Trustwell, Patrick remained with the company, continuing his commitment to driving operational excellence, fostering customer success, and ensuring seamless operations for Trustwell’s valued clients.

Throughout his career, Patrick has consistently displayed exceptional leadership skills and a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer support. He understands the importance of providing first-class support and maintaining smooth operations to meet and exceed customer expectations. His expertise in team management and operational efficiency has played a vital role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University, which, coupled with his extensive industry experience, equips him with the necessary skills to navigate complex operational challenges and drive operational excellence within Trustwell.
