His expertise spans revenue strategy, sales execution, customer expansion, revenue operations, and enablement, with a focus on building organizations that are both scalable and highly predictable.

His experience includes working with many of the world’s leading manufacturers, food and beverage companies, restaurant brands, healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and retailers to improve supply chain visibility, traceability, supplier compliance, product quality, food safety, and regulatory readiness.

Prior to joining Trustwell, Josh held executive leadership positions at Advantive, a private equity-backed enterprise software company serving the manufacturing and distribution industries. There, he helped scale the commercial organization through significant growth, multiple acquisitions, and platform expansion while leading teams responsible for both new customer acquisition and customer growth.
